The Da Vinci Difference

Good morning all,

I spent the first part of the morning reviewing the Da Vinci Tarot.  It is a fascinating deck on many levels.  Stop by my site if you have the time and check out my review.

Today I have my sons home with me because the school they attend elected to make the day a play day due to the heat.  I felt it a grand waste of time for the boys to go and sit in an institution and not have their brains stimulated in the least.

While doing the review that I mentioned above, I began to speculate not only on Da Vinci but men and women like him that are way ahead of their time.  I had to stop and thank the Universe for these indescribable personalities that have given us so many rich blessings.

Then I thought, each of us should be in this class.  After all each of us is unique and can offer a wealth of diversity of healing to the world as a whole.  At this point I began to consider what is the difference between your average Joe and people that shine.  And to my own humility I came to the bottom line that we do not dare to accept our dreams little lone live passionately for them.  Isn’t it ironic that we live in one of the greatest technological ages and yet we seem less able to envision a better future?

Let’s endeavor to find our dreams, believe in the reality they reveal, and live for them passionately.

The Sixth Sense

Hello my name is Paul and I am truly excited!  This is the first opportunity that I have had to write since Lyn and I joined this service=)  I thought that I might start off with a few thoughts on the sixth sense.

Paul’s definition of the sixth sense:

I believe that the sixth sense is not so much a separate entity but an extension of our five physical senses (seeing, hearing, touching, smell, and taste).  When used to interpret our subjective world they can be classified as internal senses that can collectively be called the sixth sense.

Why is this important?

It is important to know this because we do not live solely on the physical level.  Our actions are determined by the information gathered by the sixth sense and processed by the unconcious mind.  Thus it is important to our dream fulfillment for us to acknowledge and properly train our sixth sense (our five internal senses).

How do you train your sixth sense?

There are many methods (both mystical and psychological).  If you are interested about finding out more about it, drop me an email from my website.

What is the benefit of training my sixth sense?

The benefit is a peace that the chaotic world we live in cannot offer.  You will become one with the Universe and able to live life as you choose rather than be a character in someone else’s story.

Revenge of the yellow t-shirt

Home colouring the kid’s t-shirts is a wonderful thing until the turmeric soaked item ends up in the washing machine with new, white towels.

For anyone else who finds themselves in this predicament first it isn’t blood (even though it looks like it) and second, bleach works wonders!!

Open up and the world becomes stranger

The world is full of magic – all you have to do is look around you and see the wonder of syncronicity in your everyday life.

I have been thinking recently a lot about friendships and my thoughts have begun to bring people into my life that I’m compatible with.  Just yesterday through my work I met two interesting  ladies who kindly shared their thoughts and philosophies with me.  Both ladies were healers and one a trained sound therapist.
When you extend yourself the law of attraction becomes increasingly visible.  That’s why folks it is so important to keep your thoughts positive and your heart, mind and eyes open!

Free religion

I was a little disturbed the other day when I was on Google searching for some Wicca information on the number of website offering to train you as a witch for a hefty price.

I’ve been thinking about it all weekend – is it right to charge someone for sharing your religion?  I believe that any religion should be free and walking the Wiccan path is no exception.  It’s a shame that people exploit those who are new, curious and perhaps naive.

That said, I don’t see any harm at all in paying for courses which will enhance your religion such as divination or herb lore.  Just not the whole thing!!
